We are seeking an experienced 45 MN Press Operator to operate the forging press machine and monitor pressure and production parameters in a heavy forging environment. The candidate must ensure safe press operation, production efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Operate 45 MN forging press machine
Monitor pressure, temperature, and production parameters
Ensure proper forging process as per specifications
Inspect forged components for defects
Coordinate with crane operators and production team
Maintain production logs and machine records
Follow safety standards and operational procedures
Report equipment issues and support maintenance activities
