Position: Part-Time Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote (Global)

Employment Type: Part-Time (20 Hrs a week)

We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to keep projects running smoothly across teams. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You’ll support day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and make sure the right details don’t slip through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
  • Flag bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support leadership in operational decision-making.
  • Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
