About the Role

The Business Analyst sits at the intersection of client delivery, product, and engineering. This role owns requirements across the full release lifecycle from initial, grooming, implementation alignment, and post-launch validation while managing day to day platform operations and client communications

A Day in the Life

Requirements & Release Coordination

  • Drive the Quarterly Release Review (QRR) process: assess requirements feasibility with CS and Product teams, create necessary artifacts, and update relevant Jira fields.
  • Gather and refine requirements tickets in collaboration with the Client and partner teams, confirm clarifications with different stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Product Scoping Documents , clarify requirements, track timelines, and validate outcomes post-implementation.
  • Post Quarterly Release Review(QRR) grooming: align requirements with the implementation team, collect delivery timelines, and surface blockers early.

Platform & Release Management

  • Monitor general release and non general release platform releases; configure relevant features on the platform as releases go live.
  • Maintain Jira hygiene across active tickets status, fields, and traceability across the release cycle

Client Engagement

  • Manage ongoing communications with client stakeholders via email and calls; own follow through on open loops.
  • Deliver product demos features, enhancements, and upgrades — to client and customer stakeholders.
  • Platform Operations
  • Monitor the support portal; triage, work, or re route tickets based on request type and priority.
  • Manage user roles and permissions; oversee dashboard access assignment and ongoing user administration.

What You Need

Required

  • 1-3 years in a BA, delivery, or technical PM role at a SaaS or healthcare technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements management and release tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable running calls with client stakeholders directly.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences without losing fidelity.
