The Media Manager is responsible for ingesting all forms of media received from photographers, producers, and field crews into designated servers and project environments. This includes media delivered on memory cards, optical discs, hard drives, and other storage formats. Attention to detail is essential, as producers and editors rely on the Media Manager to organize, label, and ingest media accurately and consistently—often under tight deadlines and during breaking news coverage. The successful candidate must be highly organized, meticulous, and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Precise labeling and proper organization of all media assets are critical to ensuring proficient editorial workflows.

Hiring Salary Range: $61.68 - 61.68.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
