Como Technical Test Manager serás responsable de gestionar integralmente problemas técnicos complejos hasta su resolución, colaborando con el equipo para definir el alcance del trabajo, planificar requerimientos, identificar riesgos y estimar tiempos de prueba, asegurando una comunicación clara del progreso, además de presentar estatus y resultados en distintos foros, definir y monitorear actividades de prueba, analizar datos en Jira y generar KPIs, liderar eventos Scrum, así como identificar y gestionar dependencias de hardware para garantizar pruebas de extremo a extremo.
Requirements
Título en Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Sistemas Automotrices, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado Sólida comprensión de las metodologías de prueba ISTQB (indispensable).
Experiencia en gestión de programas, con enfoque en desarrollo de software, verificación y validación, o aseguramiento de calidad. Dominio de herramientas y software de gestión de proyectos: Microsoft ToolsConfluenceJIRA Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales y con las partes interesadas. Conocimiento de las metodologías SAFe y Scrum. Habilidades de programación para automatizar tareas o realizar cálculos (primordialmente Python y Java). Más de 1 año de experiencia en gestión de programas. Más de 1 año de experiencia en pruebas de software. Dominio del inglés avanzado (indispensable). Solo adaptame esta info a lo de aqui
