A Shuttle Driver operates a large passenger vehicle to transport passengers from Kwaraonuk to 400 Horses, or other designated destinations. Shuttle Driver duties include confirming and following the provided shuttle schedule, maintaining the vehicle to ensure it’s safe. Driving the shuttle to the designated spots in a safe and prudent manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff and the public.
- Inspecting and preparing the vehicle before each trip.
- Greeting passengers
- Driving the shuttle safely along predetermined routes and making designated stops.
- Must be very well versed on property events and able to relay events to our customers.
- Fuel and clean the shuttle
- Document noteworthy data on each trip
- Ensure the vehicle obeys all regulations, including passenger numbers.
- Adherent to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Accurate record-keeping skills to track mileage, fuel, number of passengers and other details.
- Capable of handling routine customer complaints, unpleasant customers and incidents while exhibiting the appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require the attention of a supervisor.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must possess a Montana State Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Be insurable under the company’s insurance policy.
