Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction. Maintains cleanliness of and restocks the front-of-the-house area.  Serve water, bread, and butter for guests and provide refills as needed.  Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave.  Replaces dishes and utensils for next course and cleans and resets vacant tables.  Returns dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing area.  May assist wait staff in serving tables with beverages such as coffee, tea or soda.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receives assigned service area from host/hostess at start of shift
- Maintain a teamwork attitude
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house including all tables, chairs, floors, and windows
- Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen and maintains adequate supplies in the workstations.  Prepares beverages required for service, including coffee, iced tea, and hot water
- Completes assigned prep work and beautification duties as directed
- Greetings guests as appropriate after they are seated in assigned area.  Serve water, rolls, and butter to guests.  Refills as needed
- Keeps front-of-the-house clean by sweeping and vacuuming
- Communicates with host/hostess and wait staff to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction
- Remove trash.
- Removes dirty dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the table.  Replaces used dishes and silverware for the next course and resets vacant tables.  Restocks condiments as needed.  Returns dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to dishwashing area.
- Performs all duties in a timely and efficient manner
- Periodic cleaning projects
- Other Duties as assigned

QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Prior restaurants experience is helpful but not necessary.
- This individual will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing.
