We're currently seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician to help keep our facility clean, safe, and production-ready every day.
What You'll Do
As a member of our Sanitation Team, you'll play a critical role in food safety and production by:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, food-contact surfaces, and processing areas
- Cleaning non-food contact surfaces throughout the facility
- Completing sanitation assignments efficiently during scheduled downtime between production shifts
- Performing pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and production areas meet sanitation standards
- Operating hoses, sanitation equipment, and approved cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintaining sanitation chemical inventory and supplies
- Supporting cleanliness throughout production, warehouse, and common areas
- Following all food safety, GMP, OSHA, USDA, and company sanitation procedures
- Immediately reporting any food safety, quality, maintenance, or safety concerns
- Working safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 1–2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Understands USDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Takes pride in producing quality work with attention to detail
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is dependable, organized, and accountable
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is committed to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Requirements
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach regularly
- Work in wet, humid, and varying temperature environments
- Safely handle sanitation equipment, hoses, and cleaning chemicals
- Wear required PPE throughout the shift

Schedule
- 3rd Shift (Overnight)
- Full-Time
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on production needs
- Weekend availability as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous sanitation or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment 10-panel drug screen (including THC)
