NIVES is hiring an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency team on 3rd shift. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to work alongside a highly skilled, supportive team, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a leading emergency and specialty hospital.

3rd shift with alternating weekends off
Set schedule with 10–12 hour shifts
Only Level II Critical Care Veterinary Facility in Indiana
Work alongside board-certified specialists
Advanced diagnostics including CT, ultrasound, and ECG
Established, high-volume emergency and specialty hospital
Support emergency exams, procedures, and critical care cases
Monitor anesthesia (ECG, SpO₂, EtCO₂, NIBP)
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care
Collect and process lab samples
Maintain accurate medical records in EzyVet
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Licensed Veterinary Technician (or ability to transfer license)
2+ years of experience, ER preferred
Strong technical and critical thinking skills
Calm, efficient, and team-oriented under pressure
$1,000 CE allowance ($1,500 for VTS)
