Job Description

3rd Shift

As the 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our production equipment and facilities. This is a full-time position on the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and minimize downtime

- Inspect and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure they are functioning properly

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly

- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work completed

- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed

- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to identify and resolve maintenance issues

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

- Strong mechanical and electrical skills

- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing production equipment

- Knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work on the 3rd shift and be available for emergency maintenance calls as needed

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as standing, bending, and climbing ladders
