Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

SBA Home North Carolina | Furniture Manufacturing

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position: Full-Time | 3rd Shift

SBA Home North Carolina is expanding! As the first U.S. manufacturing facility of SBA Group, a leading European furniture manufacturer based in Lithuania, our state-of-the-art facility features advanced robotics and automated manufacturing technology.

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift production team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure machines operate efficiently and meet production goals.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and identify equipment issues.
  • Use calipers and metric measurements to verify product specifications.
  • Inspect products to maintain quality standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read measurements using calipers and the metric system.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
