Job Description

Under direct supervision, performs daily cleaning and custodial tasks for production facility.

Hours

10:30pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday

Role and Responsibilities

· Clean office areas, including vacuuming, dusting and emptying trash as needed.

· Clean restrooms as needed.

· Ensure janitorial closet is fully stocked with appropriate products.

· Clean floors and all debris from production lines including but not limited to; wax, labels, plastic, wood chips and glass.

· Assist with cleaning in preparation for special projects.

· Assist in outdoor cleaning including removal of cigarettes, trash and debris.

· Maintain Alene standards of performance and comply with housekeeping, safety policies and procedures.

· Other duties as assigned by manager

Education required:

· High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)

Range of Experience:

· 1-2 years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to prioritize work schedule and remain flexible.

· Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

· Self-motivated, independent, dependable individual.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or touch; reach, talk, hear and smell. The employee may be required to, kneel, crouch, sit, climb or balance. The employee may lift and/or move up to more than 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and aromas. The employee is occasionally exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
