We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled 3rd shift Machine Operators and Compounders to become part of our dynamic workforce! In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Your dedication will contribute directly to the quality of our products!

3rd Shift-11:00 PM - 7:15 AM Monday - Friday

Compounder- $21.00 per hour (includes $2 shift differential), plus $4.00 daily attendance bonus

Job type: Temp-to-Hire

What You Will Do:

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture high-quality components.
• Perform inspections and measurements on your output to ensure precision (tools like calipers and micrometers will be your best friends!).
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, engaging fully during shift changes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and documentation with confidence.
• Maintain your machines and workspace to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Embrace any additional duties that help the team excel!

Requirements

What We Need from You:

• Attention to detail! We are proud of our quality control.
• The ability to understand blueprints or drawings.
• Excellent communication skills to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Must be good in math to mix ingredients
• Must be reliable
