We are looking for a 3rd Party Warehouse Senior Executive to manage and govern the daily operations of assigned third-party temperature-controlled warehouse(s), ensuring safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and service-focused execution while driving operational excellence, inventory integrity, and continuous cost optimization in line with Nestlé quality, food safety, and customer service standards.

A day in the life of a 3rd Party Warehouse Senior Executive

  • Manage and oversee 3PL temperature-controlled warehouse operations, ensuring compliant inbound-to-dispatch processes, optimal warehouse capacity and resource utilization, adequate manpower during peak periods, and effective governance through operational performance reviews.
  • Maintain cold chain integrity by ensuring temperature compliance, managing deviations and corrective actions, enforcing FEFO/FIFO inventory practices, and supporting quality, food safety, and audit requirements.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and control through effective stock reconciliation, cycle counting, variance investigation, corrective actions, and proper disposition of write-off and blocked stocks.
  • Develop training plan managing the system ( SAP) and ensure no interruption in operation for new 3PL operation and copacking operation
  • Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, halal, and cold chain requirements by maintaining operational standards, reviewing warehouse procedures and agreements, and validating business continuity preparedness.
  • Manage 3PL warehouse governance and performance by leading operational reviews, monitoring KPI achievement, driving service improvements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives with warehouse partners.
  • Manage warehouse cost control and financial performance by validating operational charges, monitoring warehousing expenses, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and driving cost optimization initiatives.
  • Drive 3PL warehouse performance and continuous improvement by leading operational reviews, monitoring KPI achievement, tracking action plans, and strengthening warehouse partner collaboration.
  • Conduct safety culture and safety meetings in ensuring zero accident for the department; inculcating Safety culture within the team and observing non-compliances.

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, cold chain logistics, transportation, and distribution management, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management principles and hands-on experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated capability in root cause analysis, problem solving, and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, external service providers, and business partners to achieve operational objectives.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, prioritize activities, manage resources effectively, and make informed operational decisions.
