About the role:
The 3rd Line Support Engineer will work as part of a team to deliver high quality customer support. The Engineer will be expected to act as a senior engineer to support 2nd line engineers with issues, to troubleshoot and resolve issues, but also to provide expertise to support the systems and infrastructure within the college.
This apprenticeship offers hands on experience in IT Support in a bustling College, supporting the development of core skills needed to protect digital systems and information. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, gaining real world exposure to areas such as identifying cyber threats, responding to incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and supporting compliance with data protection and security requirements across teaching and learning systems.
