Responsibilities:
Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, encouraging students’ academic and social development.
Design and deliver lesson plans that are aligned with state and district standards, tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Effectively communicate educational objectives to students, utilizing both individual and group instruction strategies based on empirical educational practices.
Leverage modern technology and innovative teaching techniques to enhance the educational experience and foster a love for learning.
Assess and document student progress, providing detailed feedback to students, guardians, and school administration to support continuous learning and development.
Maintain open, effective communication with parents and guardians, partnering in the educational process to maximize student achievement.
Actively participate in professional development opportunities, school events, and collaborative projects within the school and district to contribute to a thriving educational community.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or related field.
Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate and AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
SEI Endorsement and appropriate certification for 3rd-grade instruction.
Demonstrated experience in elementary education, with a strong foundation in effective teaching strategies and classroom management.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and openness to feedback and improvement.
Salary: $46,700 to $80,904, commensurate with educational background and experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.
