  Qualifications:

 
  • Current, valid Michigan Teaching Certificate.
  • Meets Highly Quaified endorsements for General Elementary (ZG/ZP)
  • Experience utilizing "Best Practice" researched-based teaching strategies.
  • Knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 intervention strategies. 
Duties & Responsibilities:

 
  • Provide instruction that align with state standards and the district curriculum guidelines.
  • Develop and implement engaging instructional strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with staff to plan and continuously evaluate and align the curriculum and teaching practices.
  • Participate in professional development and stay current on new teaching strategies, technology, and curriculum.
  • Perform all other related duties and documentation requirements as assigned by the Administrator.
