Job Summay

The 3PL Supervisor manages and monitors third-party logistics providers handling warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. The role ensures service quality, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency aligned with company standards.

Main Responsibilities

3PL Coordination & Oversight

• Supervise 3PL warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Ensure 3PL adherence to KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, safety).
• Serve as the main liaison between the company and 3PL teams.

Inventory Management & Optimization

• Manage inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

• Reconcile stock records with ERP systems.

• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Analyze logistics metrics and produce performance reports.

• Conduct monthly reviews with 3PL providers; escalate issues as needed.

• Recommend process changes or SLA renegotiations.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with customs, airport regulations, and safety policies.
• Support audits with necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update logistics SOPs.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics operations with 3PL coordination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse and transport management systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Khmer.
