About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 3PL Specialist to support the daily operations and performance of our third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of supply chain and logistics processes, maintaining SAP master data integrity, and supporting customer onboarding activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive operational efficiency, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing supply chain projects and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

3PL Management

  • Manage the performance and day-to-day operations of 3PL partners
  • Monitor inbound, outbound and inventory processes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Review and manage claims relating to damages, discrepancies and overcharges
  • Support performance reviews, reporting and escalation of issues
  • Build strong relationships with 3PL providers to ensure service levels are met

SAP Business Partner & Customer Onboarding

  • Maintain accurate and consistent customer and business partner data within SAP
  • Manage the customer onboarding process from setup through to activation
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Care to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies through reporting and analysis

Supply Chain Projects & Support

  • Support and deliver supply chain and platforms projects to improve processes and systems
  • Maintain and update work instructions and documentation
  • Provide support for SAP supply chain processes across the APAC region
  • Assist the broader team with BAU activities and cross-functional initiatives

About You

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Experience managing or working with 3PL providers (highly regarded)

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and build strong relationships

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive process improvements

  • High level of accuracy when working with data and systems
