About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary**

JD.com is seeking a 3PL Operations professional to manage and optimize third-party logistics partnerships, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain execution.

Job Responsibilities**

• Oversee the end-to-end operational performance of 3PL partners, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve 3PL service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL providers.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with new and existing 3PL partners.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and service failures with 3PLs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, inventory, sales) to align 3PL operations with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Implement and manage technology solutions to improve 3PL integration and visibility.
• Conduct regular audits of 3PL facilities and processes to ensure quality and compliance.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in 3PL operations, logistics management, or supply chain roles, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation (all modes), and last-mile delivery processes.
• Proven experience in managing 3PL relationships and contract negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
