Job Description

The 3P Carrier Transportation team is looking for an experienced Program Manager III with experience in online, e-commerce logistics or fulfillment. You will be responsible for design, drive and execute 3PC Transportation Strategy for External Fulfillment (Sellers and Vendors). In addition this position is responsible of Carrier Management for several carriers, this includes but is not limited to: Negotiations, Operational Management, Planning and Configurations. This position includes working extensively with third party carrier stakeholders to enable and deliver the most scalable, flexible and reliable logistics solutions. A successful candidate will set work with 3P carriers, product teams, program teams, country leadership teams, finance teams, legal teams and internal stakeholders across the world to provide E2E scalable solutions to complex business logistics needs through strategic carrier partners to deliver improved delivery experience for customers. Candidates will have an established background in transportation, program management, excellent communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
This role is in charge for the E2E scope of the carrier’s management. Candidates will: 1) Define bold strategies with a high impact to deliver the best performance, speed and cost, for External Fulfillment logistic services, 2) Lead and execute strategic initiatives, 3) Set scalable mechanism and process for 3P carrier management across WW operation, 4) Accountable for E2E logistic solutions for External Fuflillment program, and 5) Benchmark to have the best process and services for internal and external customers.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
