About the Role:
As a Style Lead, you’ll support both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an elevated customer experience while building your skills as a future leader. You’ll take ownership of key areas in-store, lead by example, and step up when it counts.
This role is the perfect blend of hands-on retail and personal growth. If you're passionate about fashion, people, and performance — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Need:
• Previous retail experience (supervisory or team leader roles a bonus)
• A love for fashion, movement, and premium product
• Confident communication and a team-first mindset
• Drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment
• Energy, adaptability, and a natural sense of style
• Availability across key trading days (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store and Assistant Manager with daily operations
• Lead the team on the floor and deliver standout customer experiences
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
• Champion store culture and team energy
• Coach and support new and casual team members
• Step into leadership responsibilities when senior leaders are off-site
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence
