Job Description

自动驾驶算法实习生(3DGS与SLAM方向)上海、北京实习职位描述算法开发与优化:
1.参与基于3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS)的自动驾驶场景重建算法研发,提升动态场景的渲染效率与精度。
2.深素3DGS与SLAM系统的融合方案,优化定位与建图的实时性与鲁棒性。
3. 实现多传感器(相机、LiDAR、IMU)数据的紧耦合建图与定位算法。
实验与验证:
1.在自动驾驶仿真平台(如CARLA)和真实数据集(如KITTI、NuScenes)上测试算法性能。
2.设计定量评估指标,分析算法在动态遮挡、光照变化等挑战场景下的表现。
3. 前沿技术研究
4. 跟踪神经渲染(NeRF/3DGS)和SLAM领域(如语义SLAM、动态SLAM)的最所进展,复现并改进相关论文方法。
5. 探索3DGS在自动驾驶高精地图构建、实时动态障碍物建模中的应用潜力。
工程实现
1.使用C++/Python实现算法模块,集成至自动驾驶系统原型。
2. 撰写技术文档与实验报告。职位要求1.计算机科学、机器人学、自动化、电子工程等相关专业在读硕士/博士。
2.熟悉SLAM基础理论(前端VO/VIO、后端优化、回环检测)及常用框架(ORB-SLAM3, VINS-Fusion, LIO-SAM等)。
3.掌握3D计算机视觉核心知识(多视图几何、Bundle Adjustment,点云处理)
4.熟练使用Python/C++,熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow,具备算法实现能力。
5.具备英文论文阅读能力(CVPR/ICRA/IROS等顶会论文)
加分项
1.有3DGS/NeRF项目经验,熟悉Plenoxels,Instant-NGP等神经渲染技术
2.熟悉多传感器融合或动态场景SLAM (如DynaSLAM)。
3. 熟悉CUDA编程或GPU并行加速优化。
4.在GitHub有SLAM/3D重建相关开源项目贡献。 投递
