What You Will Do
- Design and create visually compelling 3D and motion graphics that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging UI/UX designs that align with product goals.
- Utilize Figma to prototype and iterate on design concepts, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine design solutions.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into final deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on 3D and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Experience in creating user-centered designs that effectively communicate complex ideas.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in consumer products.
- Previous experience in a startup or venture-backed environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices in UI/UX.
Compensation and Benefits
