Responsibilities

• Mold‑repair troubleshooting: Perform complex mold‑repair work for abnormal or difficult‑to‑resolve issues beyond regular technicians’ capability. Document solutions into replicable methodologies and coach team members. - Output delivery management: Set daily, weekly and monthly productivity targets for the mold‑repair team, decompose tasks to individuals and conduct daily progress tracking to guarantee on‑time delivery of all projects. - Quality control: Establish mold‑repair quality standards and sampling‑inspection mechanisms, and take accountability for key metrics including rework rate and first‑pass yield. - Skill development: Deliver team training covering onboarding for new hires and upskilling for senior technicians. Improve overall team competency to drive higher productivity and better quality. - Daily team management: Oversee routine team‑related work including shift scheduling, performance appraisal, incentive implementation and issue resolution. Build a cohesive, high‑performance team. - 修模攻坚：修模异常或者普通修模师无法处理的疑难杂症模型修模操作，再沉淀成方法论、带教团队； - 抓产能：制定修模师团队日/周/月产能目标，拆解到人、跟踪到天，确保交付节点一个都不拖； - 控品质：建立修模质量标准和抽检机制，对返修率、一次通过率等核心指标负责； - 带技能：负责团队成员的技能培训和提升——从新人带教到老手进阶，团队整体能力上去了，产能和质量才上得去 - 管日常：团队日常管理——排班、考核、激励、问题处理，把团队拧成一股能打仗的力量

Qualifications

‑ 1‑3 years of working experience in 3D‑printed model repair or related processes. Familiar with the full workflow of 3D printing, from model repair to machine production, with solid hands‑on capabilities. ‑ Prior experience leading a small team or working as a team leader is preferred. ‑ Strong practical skills, proficient in various processes and tools for 3D‑printed model repair，Proficient in the entire Blender workflow, with a solid understanding of PBR material pipelines and familiarity with ZBrush sculpting techniques; ‑ Highly responsible and accountable. You take ownership of team‑related work without shifting blame or evading responsibilities. ‑ Excellent execution skills; able to act promptly and deliver tasks efficiently. ‑ Willing to coach and train team members, and capable of improving the overall productivity and quality of the mold‑repair team. - 1-3年3D打印模型修复或相关工艺经验，了解3D打印从修模到机器打印制作全流程，手上有真功夫； - 带过小团队或有组长经验优先； - 动手能力强，熟悉3D打印模型修复的各类工艺和工具，精通 Blender 全流程操作，理解 PBR 材质工作流，熟悉 ZBrush 雕刻流程； - 有责任心、敢担当——团队的事就是你的事，不推诿、不甩锅； - 执行力强，说干就干，不拖泥带水； - 愿意教人、能带人、能培训提升整体修模师团队产能及品质。
