As a 3D Meetspecialist at NTS Drachten, you are responsible for accurately performing measurements and quality controls on parts and systems. You perform measurements with advanced measuring equipment and ensure that everything meets the highest standards. In addition, you contribute to optimizing measurement processes and analyzing measurement results. You work closely with operations and work preparation.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Performing complex measurements using advanced measuring equipment, striving for the highest quality;

• Interpreting measurement results and reporting findings;

• Creating measurement plans according to common measurement methods and setting up effective and efficient measurement processes;

• Maintaining and calibrating measuring equipment;

• Optimizing measurement programs;

• Advising on NPIs and participating in NPI project teams, advising on measurement techniques in project teams for the production readiness of new products;

• Investigating new measurement systems and methodologies.

Requirements

We are looking for a precise Meetspecialist with the following background:

• A completed technical education at MBO level or higher, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar;

• Preferably, you have several years of geometric measurement experience and experience in programming measuring equipment;

• You can read technical drawings and interpret positional and form tolerances;

• Experience with Calypso operating system and experience with Aukom (1, 2, and/or 3) is a plus;

• You work extremely analytically, precisely, and carefully and have an eye for process optimization;

• You have strong communication skills and can work effectively both independently and in a team;

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Salary ranging from €3,800.00 to €5,000.00 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
