Job Description

We’re looking for a 3D Environment Artist to join our AAA project (Photorealism) - someone who can turn approved concepts into stunning, game-ready characters, push their quality to the next level in 3D, and support the team with both artistic vision and technical expertise!

• Create high-quality AAA photorealistic assets based on concepts and game design guidelines;
• Work on full-cycle production of buildings, environments, and props;
• Ensure all art assets meet the required visual quality and technical standards for the project;
• Conduct asset reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistent quality;
• Collaborate with the customer to discuss production stages, requirements, ideas, and pipeline solutions;
• Contribute to pipeline planning and help improve asset creation workflows;
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level artists, providing feedback and helping them grow.

• Strong experience in high-quality 3D environment and prop asset production;
• Experience importing, testing, and debugging game assets in Unreal Engine 5;
• Good understanding of UE5 technical constraints and ability to adapt assets accordingly;
• Ability to work with model import, Blueprint preparation, and shader setup in UE5;
• Experience optimizing 3D assets to meet technical requirements and ensure strong in-engine performance;
• Solid understanding of AAA production standards and Nanite pipeline;
• Ability to review assets and ensure they meet the required visual and technical quality standards;
• Good working level of English;
• Good communication skills and ability to discuss feedback clearly;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to participate in project improvement.

Required Software:

• 3ds Max / Maya / Blender;
• ZBrush;
• Substance Painter / Substance Designer;
• Unreal Engine 5.

• Strong artistic vision and good visual taste;
• Initiative, creativity, and willingness to contribute to project development;
• Interest in research and development, including keeping up with new tools, technologies, and 3D art trends;
• Experience communicating directly with clients or external stakeholders.
