As a 3D Design & Implementation Specialist at CLO Virtual Fashion, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of fashion through our true-to-life 3D garment simulation technology. Your role will involve working with both global brands and homegrown fashion leaders to drive digital transformation by merging technical garment expertise with strategic and analytical software consulting, tailored client onboarding and collaborative software development.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with leading global and homegrown brands and manufacturers in apparel, softgoods, textiles to understand their business goals, workflows, and digital transformation needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end 3D adoption lifecycle, from investigating client workflows and designing strategic transformation roadmaps to auditing post-implementation results for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to identify growth opportunities and oversee the implementation of tailored solutions.
  • Enable client success through tailored training programs, workshops, technical deep dives, and continuous support.
  • Lead and facilitate professional events including live demonstrations of CLO ecosystem, and participating in local trade shows to enhance brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to launch new projects, events, and initiatives
  • Participate in client projects both remotely and on-site (open to international travel)
  • Collaborate closely with software developers to propose and define innovative features and applications for future development
  • Create high-quality 3D content for user engagement, social media campaigns, educational materials, and various company initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 experience, preferably within the fashion industry with a strong understanding of garment manufacturing process
  • Candidates must fluent in both Indonesian and English
  • Creative, curious, driven, agile and takes initiative
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategical thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment alongside diverse, cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to invest in long-term
  • Willingness to travel within the city (frequently)

Plus if you have

  • Professional knowledge of 2D CAD
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as CLO3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar tools.
  • Professional experience and knowledge in apparel, softgoods, textiles manufacturing process
