3D Consultant / Senior Render Artist (Project)
Requirements
- Strong experience in 3D modeling and rendering applied to brand experiences, retail, events, installations, temporary architecture, exhibitions, or similar projects.
- Proven experience developing projects that have subsequently been produced or built.
- Ability to work on larger-scale, more complex projects, rather than only small pieces or individual elements.
- Solid understanding of materials, construction processes, structures, and production feasibility.
- Ability to interpret creative concepts and translate them into functional three-dimensional solutions.
- High degree of autonomy and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage different project stages, versions, and rounds of revisions.
- Good communication skills and openness to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional attitude, accountability, and reliability in meeting commitments.
Activities
- Develop 3D models for installations, experiences, booths/stands, and other physical elements.
- Create high-quality renders for internal and client-facing presentations.
- Translate creative concepts and visual references into clear, feasible, and executable 3D proposals.
- Propose solutions for materials, finishes, structures, and construction systems.
- Consider structural strength, durability, stability, and production feasibility from the early creative development stages.
- Adapt proposals for installations that may be exposed to outdoor conditions.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients within the agreed revision rounds.
- Coordinate closely with the Production team to ensure proposals can be properly fabricated and installed.
- Participate, when needed, in internal reviews and client presentation or validation sessions.
- Anticipate potential technical risks and propose alternatives before moving into production.
- Meet delivery deadlines and maintain consistent communication regarding progress, adjustments, and potential risks.
Skills
- 3D modeling.

- Materials, textures, and lighting development.
- Spatial and installation visualization.
- Preparation of views and visual materials for client presentations.
- Knowledge of construction systems and materials.
- Ability to produce files and specifications that facilitate communication and coordination with Production.
