We are looking for a 3D Character Artist.

Your day-to-day:

  • Create 3D characters and small props that align with project concepts and visual direction.
  • Model and texture Virtual Streamer-style characters with strong attention to detail and stylized artistry.
  • Can involve in designing and producing environment small props and level objects optimized for both live and cinematic use.
  • Participate in AI-based avatar development, integrating advanced tools for virtual human and facial modeling.

Your background:

  • 3+ years of experience in 3D character production.
  • Proficiency with Unreal Engine / Unity, Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer.
  • Strong skills in character texturing, hand-painting, and look development.
  • Practical experience in real-time virtual content creation (Unreal/Unity-based).
  • Excellent understanding of resource optimization and efficient workflow in 3D production.
  • Open-minded attitude toward artistic and technical R&D for new production methods.

It's a big plus if you:

  • Have experience producing high-quality cinematic movies using Unreal Engine or Unity.
  • Have prior experience in the VFX industry.
  • Have experience creating Virtual Streamer characters or similar virtual avatars.
  • Have strong knowledge of facial rigging and blendshape creation.
  • Have a deep understanding of Virtual Streamer / Avatar / Streaming industry trends.
