职位描述
1.负责 Unity 俯视角搜打撤手游战斗特效设计与制作，包括角色技能、武器、怪物、受击、环境交互等特效。 2.根据项目风格，制作具有风格化、高辨识度的战斗特效，重点保证俯视视角下的技能范围、方向、层级和战斗信息可读性。 3.配合角色动画、战斗节奏完成特效 Timing、镜头表现及整体视觉整合。 4.搭建并维护 Unity 特效材质、Shader、模板及资源规范，提升特效制作效率和效果一致性。 5.与 TA、程序、策划协作，在移动端性能预算内完成特效优化与效果落地。
职位要求
1.3年以上游戏特效经验，熟练使用 Unity Particle System / VFX相关工具，具备完整项目经验。 2.较强的风格化特效设计能力，对《守望先锋》等偏卡通、风格化战斗特效有较好的理解。 3.熟悉 Shader / Shader Graph、贴图、序列帧、Mesh特效、溶解、扭曲、流光等常用特效实现方式。 4.对俯视角战斗可读性有较强理解，能够处理技能层级、范围提示、受击反馈、敌我识别及复杂战斗中的视觉信息控制。 5.熟悉移动端特效性能优化，对 Overdraw、透明粒子、Draw Call、贴图及粒子数量等性能指标有实际控制经验。 加分项：有俯视角射击、搜打撤、MOBA或类似强战斗表现项目经验；具备特效框架、工具或Shader开发经验。
