【卡牌】资深3D场景急招上海互联网 / 电子 / 网游 - 设计美术岗位职位描述1.3D 场景物件制作：根据原画设定，使用 3DsMax、ZBRUSH 等主流 3D 软件，制作符合项目标准的 3D 场景物件，确保模型精度与原画契合。
2.关卡地编与优化：在关卡制作中还原原画氛围效果，融入自身思考与亮点设计，使关卡整体效果不低于竞品。依据项目标准指标（如模型面数、材质贴图合理性等）进行关卡优化，确保在最佳视觉效果与性能之间取得平衡，并执行推进优化方案落地。
3.跨部门协作沟通：与产品侧、美术侧、程序侧等部门进行有效沟通，协调各方需求，保障 3D 场景在游戏中的最终呈现效果不弱于竞品，共同解决项目中的各类问题。
4.外包管理与对接：根据项目需求整理发包计划，与外包团队紧密合作，把控高、中、低模及贴图的质量，依据外包制作规范及时给予供应商精确反馈，确保外包成果符合项目预期。
5.经验总结与分享：收集整合项目研发中的信息，将实践经验归纳成文档，在团队内部进行分享，提升团队整体的专业技能和项目实施能力。职位要求1.教育背景：美术类相关专业，系统学习过审美和基础美学逻辑知识，具备良好的专业审美，对写实科幻等场景风格有深入认知和理解。
2.专业技能：熟练操作主流 3D 软件（3DsMax、ZBRUSH 等），具备扎实的 3D 建模能力。精通贴图制作软件（Substance Designer、Substance Paiinter、Photoshop 等），能独立完成高质量的材质贴图绘制。
3.工作经验：具备 4 年以上场景模型制作经验，熟悉 PBR 制作流程，在不同风格场景表现上经验丰富且手法成熟，具备较强的贴图绘制能力。具备5年以上关卡地编经验，熟练掌握 Unity 引擎的使用，同时掌握 UE 引擎者优先考虑。
4.综合能力：具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够提出切实可行的场景优化方案并确保其有效实施。具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够在跨部门团队中高效协作，推动项目顺利进行。投递
