Job Description

3D修模师Beijing、HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1、Independently complete the end-to-end development of high-quality 3D models based on requirements, covering low-poly topology optimization and high-poly detail sculpting (e.g., hard-surface structure modeling, organic shape detailing). Ensure the model accuracy meets the project’s technical standards.​
2、Take charge of in-depth repair for AI-generated 3D models, including complex broken surface reconstruction, topology correction, normal direction unification, and model weight optimization. Resolve high-difficulty model usability issues to ensure the models can be used for subsequent animation, rendering, or game engine import.​
3、Follow up on the quality control of model texturing. Accurately perform UV unwrapping (including UV utilization optimization and seam hiding), texture painting (e.g., PBR material texturing, detailed texture addition), and material parameter adjustment. Repair issues such as texture misalignment, blurred textures, and inconsistent material texture.​
4、Independently solve complex technical problems in projects (e.g., model-engine compatibility issues, rendering material abnormalities). Complete model optimization, resource integration, and version management.
一、岗位职责
1、根据需求独立完成从 0 到 1 的高质量模型搭建,涵盖低模拓扑优化、高模细节雕刻(如硬表面结构、有机形态刻画),确保模型精度与项目技术标准匹配;
2、负责 AI 生成 3D 模型的深度问题修复,包括复杂破面重构、拓扑结构矫正、法线方向统一、模型权重优化等,解决高难度模型可用性问题,保障模型可用于后续动画、渲染或游戏引擎导入;
3、跟进模型贴图质量把控,精准完成 UV 拆分(含 UV 利用率优化、接缝隐藏处理)、贴图绘制(如 PBR 材质贴图、细节纹理添加)及材质参数调试,修复贴图错位、纹理模糊、材质质感不符等问题;
4、能独立解决项目中复杂技术问题(如模型与引擎兼容性问题、渲染材质异常),完成模型优化、资源整合及版本管理。Qualifications1、1-3 years of work experience in 3D model repair. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in repairing AI-generated 3D models (e.g., models generated by MidJourney, Stable Diffusion 3D).​
2、Proficient in the full workflow of Blender. Capable of skillfully handling the modeling, UV unwrapping, and material texturing of complex models (e.g., mechanical structures, character models). Familiar with the technical specifications of various model export formats (FBX, OBJ, GLB, etc.).​
3、Understand the PBR (Physically Based Rendering) material workflow. Skilled in using Substance Painter/Designer for texture creation and material adjustment. Able to customize PBR material systems according to project styles. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in material import and debugging in Unity/Unreal Engine.​
4、Familiar with the ZBrush sculpting workflow. Able to use ZBrush for high-poly detail enhancement (e.g., character skin texturing, mechanical wear effect detailing). Meanwhile, master the basic operations of Maya or 3ds Max, and be capable of cross-software model format conversion and editing.​
5、Have rich experience in in-depth model repair. Able to quickly identify and resolve complex model issues (e.g., non-manifold geometry repair, model intersection handling, texture coordinate misalignment correction). Familiar with model quality inspection tools (e.g., Blender quality inspection plugins, MeshLab).
二、岗位要求
1、1-3年及以上 3D 模型修复相关工作经验,有 AI 生成 3D 模型修复(如基于 MidJourney、Stable Diffusion 3D 生成模型的修复)项目经验者优先;
2、精通 Blender 全流程操作,能熟练驾驭复杂模型(如机械结构、角色模型)的建模、UV 拆分、材质贴图工作,熟悉模型导出各格式(FBX、OBJ、GLB 等)的技术规范;
3、理解 PBR 材质工作流,能熟练使用 Substance Painter/Designer 进行贴图制作与材质调整,可根据项目风格定制 PBR 材质体系,有 Unity/Unreal Engine 材质导入与调试经验者优先;
4、熟悉 ZBrush 雕刻流程,能运用 ZBrush 进行高模细节深化(如角色皮肤纹理、机械磨损效果);同时掌握 Maya 或 3ds Max 基础操作,可跨软件完成模型格式转换与编辑者优先。
5、拥有丰富的模型深度修复经验,能快速定位并解决复杂模型问题(如非流形几何修复、模型穿插处理、贴图坐标错乱修正),熟悉模型质量检测工具(如 Blender 质检插件、MeshLab)的使用;
