职位描述
1、擅长3D制作及引擎相关工作； 2、负责模型收尾和发包审核； 3、需要保持与策划，设计，技术等相关部门保持紧密的合作与沟通，提升项目的美术品质及优化现有工作流程； 4、根据游戏设定，理解原画意图，制作3D场景模型以及物件资源、贴图绘制和材质制作； 5、理解游戏的美术风格和质量跟进，进行整流程环节配合，完成产品的美术效果实现； 6、对研发流程和环节配合有较高的敏感性和认知度。
职位要求
1、具有较强的美术背景； 2、具备熟练的建模能力、有坚实的绘画技巧和良好的色彩感； 3、熟练操作掌握3dmax/Maya，Zbrush/Mudbox，Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel suit, Marvelous Designer,Photoshop等其他相关制作软件； 4、对Unity3d/Unreal引擎工作有一定游戏制作经验者优先； 5、热爱游戏行业，能承受工作中的压力和挑战； 6、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能向项目发展方向去努力，有上进心； 7、具备优秀的学习能力，能够按要求完成工作。 作品集要求： 投递请附上相关作品集，作品集随简历作为附件上传。
