Mitsubishi Power is hiring a 3C (Cost, Cycle, & Capacity) Program Manager in the Savannah Machinery Works location. The 3C Program Manager reports to the Director and supports short- and long-term cost, cycle, and capacity objectives within the North American Manufacturing business unit. The 3C Program Manager leads and supports cost and cycle reduction initiatives while enabling capacity growth plans across manufacturing operations and drives engagement with internal teams, business partners, suppliers, and Mitsubishi Power Japan to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
  • Establish cost, cycle, and capacity targets and initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Own and manage the 3C program strategy, processes, and oversight of related initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain tracking, reporting, metrics, and dashboards to communicate progress.
  • Lead cross-functional and global collaboration to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Provide engineering support through review of drawings and manufacturing processes to improve products and workflows.
  • Lead development, maintenance, and reporting of Gas Turbine and other product line cost curves.
  • Manage AWCL chargeback processes and lead communication with TGO and SMW teams.
  • Plan and execute 3C Summit and Planning Summit events.
  • Own and manage the DOR matrix and associated change processes.
  • Collaborate with PLM and Integrated Supply Chain to achieve cost reduction targets.
  • Lead cost transparency initiatives from quoting through estimation across key stakeholders.
  • Oversee NAM cost and cycle reduction project management from idea through validation and closure.
  • Support capacity optimization and growth initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years of experience in the power generation service industry, or ten years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technical knowledge of power generation equipment, manufacturing processes, and cost analysis.
  • Experience training teams and driving improvements in manufacturing efficiency, material flow, and waste reduction.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 25%–50% and work extended hours as required.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and must not require employer immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
