Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Google Certified
• Certified Educational Office Professional (CEOP) certification, preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of clerical experience

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong computer knowledge required in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Application Tracking System, Outlook, Database systems, Oracle, and Tyler Munis
• Ability to prioritize workflow to address the multiple needs of the supervisor(s) or the department
• Ability to multitask numerous complex administrative activities
• Must possess highly effective and pleasant telephone skills to communicate with staff and the public in a positive and professional manner
• Must be able to interact with all levels of school employees positively and to work positively and cooperatively with co-workers
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Must be able to represent the school district positively
• Must possess strong organizational skills and general clerical skills
• Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing
• Must exhibit initiative in performing routine office functions
• Must be able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced office with critical deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner
• Must be flexible and adaptable under pressure
