Job Title: Marketplace Support Coordinator

Schedule: M-F, 9AM -6PM Pacific Time

Salary: $1,000-$1,600/month

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketplace Support Coordinator to support and scale our eCommerce presence across key retail marketplaces. This role is essential to managing our existing Amazon operations and laying the groundwork for future growth on platforms like Nordstrom, Ulta, and Sephora.

You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our brand is represented accurately, efficiently, and strategically across all digital shelves.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon storefront, including product listings, content updates, pricing, and inventory coordination
  • Monitor key performance metrics (Buy Box, reviews, ad performance, etc.) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Upload products, manage variations, optimize keywords, and implement A+ content to enhance listings
  • Partner with internal teams to prepare for upcoming marketplace launches (Nordstrom, Ulta, Sephora)
  • Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and marketing to ensure product data accuracy and availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, compliance errors, chargebacks, and seller support cases
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring consistency in product information across all channels

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon tools (Brand Registry, A+ Content, FBA/FBM, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project management or eCommerce platforms is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience working with or preparing for platforms like Nordstrom.com, Ulta.com, or Sephora.com
  • A genuine passion for beauty, retail, and digital commerce
