​​As Teams/SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Teams/SharePoint Online collaboration tools and services, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, OneNote and other associated applications. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure that these tools align with business objectives and support efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses within the Office 365 environment.
  • Configure and customize collaboration tools according to organizational requirements.
  • Implement security and compliance policies to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Set up and manage Teams, channels, and permissions.
  • Configure collaboration features such as chat, meetings, and file sharing.
  • Monitor usage and adoption of Teams and provide support and training to users as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to support design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries.
  • Implement information architecture and metadata to optimize content organization and searchability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to automate business processes using SharePoint workflows and Power Automate.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with collaboration tools.
  • Stay updated on new features and functionalities of Office 365 and provide recommendations for their adoption.
  • Manage ShareGate account of all teams in the environment orphaned and/or inactive

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft Teams/SharePoint Online tools and services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Office 365 architecture.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.

Minimum Years of Experience

  • 3 - 5 years
