Je bent resultaatgericht, proactief en houdt van winnen 🏆
Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans is een pluspunt)
Candidate sourcing je gaat actief op zoek naar sterke kandidaten en bouwt een kwalitatieve talent pool uit
End-to-end recruitment je beheert het volledige rekruteringsproces, van intake tot contract ✍️
Business development met jouw commerciële flair bouw je nieuwe klantenrelaties uit
Relationship management je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met klanten én kandidaten 🤝
