The Associate Director, Global Supply Planning is a strategic and operational leader responsible for end-to-end orchestration of Amgen’s global planning ecosystem across the product portfolio.
This role leads a multi-functional organization that manages processes for balancing demand and supply choices. It has the accountability to assist and manage the identification and resolution of plan variances, inventory, cost and service optimization in alignment to the business objectives.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 4 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or related experience
OR
Master’s degree and 8 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or related experience

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or related experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 12 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or related experience
OR
High school diploma/GED and 14 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or related experience

By integrating demand insights, financial performance, material planning, and scenario-based decision-making, the Associate Director serves as a critical orchestrator of Amgen’s global supply network performance.
