**What You Will Do**
- Lead customer journeys from initial demo through onboarding, go-live, and ongoing success, ensuring excellent outcomes at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless implementations and integrations for clients.
- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and enablement materials to enhance user experience and support.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations (20-30+) while maintaining attention to detail and meeting project deadlines.
- Drive process improvements to standardize and scale onboarding and implementation procedures, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Ideal Candidate Background**
- 1-5 years of experience in consulting, customer success, implementations, or solutions engineering, preferably at a VC-backed startup or elite environment.
- Proven ability to demo and implement B2B SaaS products, showcasing strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ownership of customer outcomes, with a track record of accelerating onboarding, improving adoption, or reducing churn.
- Highly organized project manager with excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey complex technical concepts to customers and internal teams.
**Preferred**
- Familiarity with construction or accounting concepts, or experience with legacy systems is a plus.
- Experience in creating customer documentation and enablement materials to support user adoption and engagement.
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
