340B Regional Sales Manager

As a 340B Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in helping hospitals, health systems, community health centers, and specialty pharmacy partners maximize the value of their 340B programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with healthcare decision-makers, gain exposure to specialty pharmacy and healthcare operations, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business Growth

  • Identify and engage 340B-eligible hospitals, health systems, federally qualified health centers, and other covered entities throughout your territory

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies through calls, email campaigns, networking, and follow-up activities

  • Build relationships with key industry partners, including Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), consultant groups, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and healthcare associations

  • Generate qualified opportunities and support contract growth initiatives

Support the Sales Process

  • Participate in discovery calls, introductory meetings, and client presentations

  • Assist with proposal development, sales materials, and go-to-market initiatives

  • Coordinate sales activities from lead generation through contract execution

  • Support contracting and HRSA registration efforts for new clients

  • Manage conference and trade show participation to increase market visibility and business opportunities

Own Pipeline & Territory Management

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and reporting within CRM platforms

  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline progression, and follow-up actions

  • Research market trends and target accounts to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with implementation, operations, account management, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth client experience

Become a 340B & Specialty Pharmacy Expert

  • Develop a strong understanding of the 340B program, specialty pharmacy operations, and healthcare delivery systems

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments

  • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and industry events

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, account management, or a related field

  • Experience selling into 340B covered entities strongly preferred

  • Understanding of healthcare sales processes, contracting, or provider engagement

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
