Perfil/ Función y responsabilidades
• Planifica, programa y controla las actividades del DINF
• Desarrolla cronogramas detallados (carta Gantt) y realiza el seguimiento diario o semanal, gestionando recursos y anticipando riesgos para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos.
• Planificar inspecciones asociadas al plan de activos críticos e inspecciones estructurales de acuerdo a plan matriz
• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente de la Corporación durante el proceso de entrenamiento.
• Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo y colaborativo que promueva el aprendizaje y el desarrollo personal y profesional de los/as aprendices.
• Liderar una cultura preventiva, orientados a obtener los más altos estándares en seguridad, disciplina operacional, productividad y continuidad operacional.
Nivel de estudios
• Ingeniería constructor, Civil o industrial.
Años de experiencia
• Contar con a lo menos 7 años de experiencia laboral ejerciendo su profesión.
Capacitaciones o cursos de perfeccionamiento exigidos
• Manejo de Project o Primavera
• Manejo SAP modulo PM
Otros requisitos específicos
• Licencia de conducir clase B.
