1. Formulación y control de presupuestos de unidades de negocio y de contratos de construcción.
2. Planificación y programación de áreas operativas y áreas proyectos
3. Formulación de bases técnicas y presupuesto de contratos de servicios y de construcción
4. Administración de contratos de servicios y de construcción.
5. Evaluación económica de proyectos.
6. Capacidad para realizar análisis financieros de contratos en ejecución, evaluar riesgos y gestionar presupuestos.

Formación académica
1. Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Ingeniería Comercial
2. Magister o Diplomado en materia de proyectos y/o administración
Experiencia Laboral
1. Contar con al menos 15 años de experiencia de ejercicio de su profesión.
2. Contar con al menos 8 años de experiencia como jefe planificación y control de las obras y presupuesto en áreas operativas.
3. Contar con al menos 8 años de experiencia en la formulación, control y administración de contratos
