A "Day in the Life" of a 310T Mechanic at GFL Environmental
•Safely operate, repair, and maintain our diverse fleet, including Hydro-vacs, dry vacs, tankers, vac trucks, roll-offs, box trucks, pickups, flat deck trailers, and more!•Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and assist in coordinating repair schedules.•Respond to service calls and emergencies in the field, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.•Support new employee training and stay updated on the latest technology and techniques in the industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Skilled Trades Ontario registration as a Journeyperson with a 310T license and minimum one year of experience.•Ability to meet safety standards and operate diagnostic software •Strong attention to detail, independent work ability•Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.•Successfully complete and pass pre-employmentdrug screen •Legally eligible to work in Canada
