The Position:

Provides prompt friendly service of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests on the casino floor. Stocks and maintains cleans and organized beverage rooms and guest self service station on the gaming floor. May be asked to use a beverage cart to serve drinks during times of high volume and or special events as directed by the Beverage Manager.

  • Providing prompt, cordial service and keeping the assigned area free of used glassware and trash.
  • Supports and promotes Seven Feathers Mission, “Deliver an Unforgettable Guest Experience.”
  • Greets all guests with enthusiasm, welcomes them to the Resort and answers questions about the resort and its amenities.
  • Maintains knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor.
  • Ensures that all guests are of legal drinking and gaming age (21) by checking ID when questionable.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or a GED Certificate preferred.
  • 1 year of experience providing exceptional guest service in a similar environment required.
  • Cash handling experience required; ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately with all denominations.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Must have an excellent guest service approach in dealing with customer/guest
  • Ability to work positively within constantly changing internal and external environments.
  • Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
  • Current OLCC license required.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License
