We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our team as a partner, playing a key role in shaping the future, growth, and direction of our organization.

- No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K on average
- 4 weeks paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder
- 9 paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME
- Profit sharing: % based on years in practice, not solely with Esse Health
- 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years
- 401k with match
- Sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and may also be eligible for retention bonus

Practice Details:
- Work alongside established Physician partners with Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff
- Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
- Select a community environment that fits your lifestyle: St. Louis region opportunities in Missouri and Illinois—including rural, urban, and suburban settings
- Monday - Friday clinic hours
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Initial Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
- Call: phone only, light and typically triaged first
- See 16-20 patients per day on average
- Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
- Opportunities for professional development and teaching
- Provide evidence-based and value-based care
- Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice
- Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided
- NextGen EMR
- AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
- Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
