Your Opportunity to SHINE ON:
At the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, we believe that belonging is the heart of potential, and for more than 130 years, Camp Stephens—owned and operated by the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg—has brought this belief to life through exceptional overnight camp experiences on its island site in the heart of Lake of the Woods, near Kenora, Ontario. Guided by The Y Way and our commitment to Shine On Experiences, Camp Stephens fosters a culture where safety, inclusion, growth, and community are embedded in everything we do.

You will oversee program design, facilitate skill-building activities, mentor participants, and ensure high-quality, safe, and engaging leadership programming. Your work will create meaningful experiences that foster confidence, resilience, teamwork, and a lifelong connection to leadership and the outdoors.

HOW you’ll create Moments that Matter:
You will provide mentorship and leadership to Quatros participants and staff, foster a supportive and inclusive program environment, and guide participants through wilderness expeditions and experiential learning. You will plan and deliver structured leadership programming, manage program logistics, and maintain participant records and documentation.
