2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Overall Goal of Position:
Be an integral part of keeping our products moving and making sure customers receive the right products on time.
2nd Shift (5:00 pm – 3:30 am Monday –Friday) *Weekends as needed

The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations during the evening shift, ensuring safety, productivity, accuracy, and team performance. This role leads a team of warehouse associates in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
◦ Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities on 2nd shift
◦ Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates
◦ Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
◦ Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping
◦ Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper procedures
◦ Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
◦ Investigate and report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
◦ Manage staffing levels, schedules, and shift coverage
◦ Train new hires and provide ongoing team development
◦ Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments for continuity
◦ Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency
◦ Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)

• Education & Experience:
◦ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree preferred.
◦ 2-5 years of warehouse experience, with 1-2 years in supervisory role.
◦ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory).
◦ Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

• Other:
◦ Frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach and grasp with hands and arms.
◦ Regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
◦ Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)
◦ Operation and provide training on various types of forklifts and PIT’s as needed.
