Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Remote Palletizer to join our Operations team in Mountville, Pennsylvania.

The Remote Palletizer is responsible for monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting automated palletizing systems to ensure finished goods are properly stacked, secured, and prepared for warehouse storage or shipment. This role supports production efficiency by maintaining continuous product flow, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring all palletized products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.

The Remote Palletizer works closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Production & Palletizing Operations

  • Monitor automated palletizing systems to ensure proper operation and continuous product flow.
  • Verify finished goods are palletized according to company, customer, and warehouse specifications.
  • Inspect pallets for stability, accuracy, product quality, and proper configuration.
  • Clear jams and minor equipment interruptions while maintaining safety procedures.
  • Identify and communicate equipment issues to Maintenance and Production Leadership.
  • Monitor conveyor systems and palletizing equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, coding, and pallet identification requirements are met.
  • Remove damaged products, packaging, or pallets from production flow.
  • Maintain production rates and support overall operational efficiency.

Quality & Food Safety

  • Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
  • Monitor finished products for defects, damage, or quality concerns.
  • Verify products meet established specifications prior to warehouse transfer.
  • Report food safety, quality, packaging, or product concerns immediately.
  • Assist with product holds when directed by Quality Assurance personnel.
  • Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation.
  • Complete required shift paperwork, downtime reports, and production logs.
  • Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, and shift performance to supervisors.
  • Participate in shift handoff communications as required.

Housekeeping & Safety

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards.
  • Remove waste materials, damaged packaging, and debris from work areas.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report unsafe conditions, near misses, accidents, or hazards immediately.

Team Support

  • Work collaboratively with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
  • Assist with line support activities as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Food Safety & Quality Requirements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience.
  • Experience working with automated palletizing systems or conveyor equipment.
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
